Today for the first time in the tour history we were able to visit an endcustomer in Brasil: HORIBA. It was great sharing the experience and also to hear that coresystems support has en excellent state!
…in Brazil started with the visit to SAP B1 partner Superabiz. Lucas started presenting country package, focusing on the advantages for the partners: showing customization possibilities in enterprise search, an overview about coresuite designer and the newer features of customize: grid configurator and master data management. Both developers and consultants understood well how they are able to save time with our tools.
David then did a show presenting coresuite cube and one consultant even said that he was going to cry afterwards, because he had to spend so much time developing Crystal in the past and cube will make his life so much easier. We closed the presentations by showing the whole flow of coresuite mobile field service. It was overall an awesome visit and after the tour the ideas will be finalized to generate demand in Superabiz´ installed base asap: cube and MDM!
We then visited SAP, where we met Raphael Claro, who is SSP-manager for Brazil + LATAM. In the meeting we talked about the possibilities that we have in several verticals, especially in the field services industry. A hot topic was also how coresystems managed to have in a single line code in our framework to support both SQL and HANA.
We concluded this day by visiting Nigma, which is the first stand alone partner for my.coresuite.com worldwide. The idea-excange was very positive, because Nigma is a field service company and they really know what is needed for a solution to suit perfectly field services companies. They are perfect candidates to use cloud reporting. What it was surprising in this visit was the location of the company, which is outside São Paulo in the middle of a residential neighborhood quite different from the business part of the city.
