Time is flying and the last day of our coresystems on Tour in Belgium has started. After a lovely breakfast we made our way to our next stop at BSS- IT in Liège.
Mila seems somehow more talented to get the right streets out of the city than I do and therefore we arrived even 15 minutes earlier. We just parked at the parking place when I got a message from Aline of BSS that she has forgot to tell us that the company has moved to another address - but no problem at all - the company address has been updated in coresuite mobile already and we made it to the right place from the beginning :)
We got a warm welcome (and another breakfast :)) from the team and soon we started with the last presentation for this day. BSS-IT is located in the French part of Belgium and have B1 and ECC customers in that area and France too - luckily we were allowed to do the presentation in Englilsh :).
It was a pleasure to see how the entire team was eager to learn more about our solutions and so we had a detailed presentation about the coresystems field service solution, a deep dive into the possibilities with coresuite time before we need a small break as the sun was burning and heating the room fast.
After the break we focused on the country package news and the coming-soon feature of the budgeting. We also got the feedback that the Grid Configurator gets used heavily at BSS-IT :).
Last but not least it was time for the big Mila eCommerce show. Philippe, the General Manager of BSS-IT, was impressed by the professionalism and passion of our presentations and we really enjoyed to see how enthusiastic and motviated the fast growing team is for offering and selling our product portfolio in the future.
Philippe even got some inspirations for organizing a customer event within the next coresystems on tour – which we are more than happy to join and support!
With our 7- hour drive back home in mind, time has come to say goodbye. Of course we didn't leave without handing out our beloved presents which everyone liked. On return, we got a bottle of wine – merci beaucoup! We will enjoy it back home as drink&drive is not the best combination.
Thank you Aline for the organization of the tour stop in Liège, it was a pleasure meeting the entire team, having good discussions and we are happy working and supporting you with your future business opportunities!
On the way back to Switzerland, we had time to reflect the week. To summarize it:
We love Belgium
We love our Belgium Partners
We love the Belgium Beer, Waffles and Fries
We love the Belgium Chocolate (I have to admit that the Belgium Chocolate is at least as good as the Swiss One)
That’s it – but the tour 2015 goes on! Stay tuned and make sure you’re visiting our tour page regularly.
